This bed frame and headboard are unusually well made. Yes, the "wooden" sections are particle board but even they are well done. Instructions are easy to follow, parts are labeled well and there are even some spare parts included as well as a small hammer etc.Worked slowly and it took about an hour including a break to get it together. Tighten everything again once it is all assembled and it should be adequate for someone up to 250 pounds or slightly more.The only things I noticed was that a traditional mattress will slide around on the lateral metal supports but that is easily overcome with a rug gripper laid over them.All in all, well worth the money compared to what else is out there preassembled from a furniture store at a significantly higher price and the same or less quality.FYI - I am 73 and if I can do this, someone with patience that can read and follow the instructions page for page will have no difficulty.Additionally, there is an actual 12 inches of clearance under the bed so under bed storage is awesome.

Arrived on time and went together with minimal difficulty. Took about 90 minutes all up. Instructions were for most part clear and understandable. LED light strip took a some effort to get in right place but nothing too difficult. Love the bed, the shelves, the electric and USB outlet, and the light strip with different colors and intensity. Also like the clearance underneath for storage. Bed frame is solid and does not move or creak My 14 inch mattress fits perfectly although does not leave much headboard room.Would definitely purchase again if required.

One thing I really liked was the extra parts they sent. All the screws have the same size hex slot and the hex key is included. They also send a small mallet because the corner attachments need to be driven in.The instructions are quiet clear and easy to follow except for the very last part which is a backing for the shelf on the headboard. It's pretty obvious how it works; even so, the lack of an instruction for it may cause somebody a problem.It easily bears the weight of the mattress and my 200+ pounds, but the platform design lacks an edge to hold the mattress steady. I had to buy bungee cords to hold the mattress to the frame. Good thing the mattress had handles on the sides.

Our teenage daughter wanted to upgrade her bed from a twin loft to a full sized mattress that also had a “cool” headboard. We had need up going with this one because it had lots of storage space, a fun customizable LED light, and a plug for her iPhone. It’s super sturdy, easy to put together, the perfect height for her to crawl into (and not having to crawl up a ladder any more haha), and the right size for our teen to sprawl out on her new full sized bed. And cost friendly! Definitely worth the purchase!

Purchased this bed for my teen . He put it together all by himself so the direction are pretty easy to follow . It feels sturdy and it looks really good . The lights work and so does the outlet . Love it and so does my teen .

1) Dealbreaker depending on company response: The pre-attached power supply didn’t work. I plugged it into multiple working outlets but couldn’t get any power through the AC outlet or either USB port.2) The LED lights don’t have a remote or app; instead, they’re controlled by a precarious and thin set of three buttons located just where the strip “becomes” the USB cord to plug into an outlet (the buttons are almost small enough to be a secret).This is totally fine except:a) There’s no power button, so to turn the lights off, you have to literally unplug them, which you can do easily if you’ve plugged them into your outlet, but the Ouroborus of plugging this thing into itself and therefore moving from two USB ports for your devices down to one, frankly, makes me bitter. Plugging it in elsewhere might mean you have to get out of bed on some miserably cold night to turn them off. None of this is the end of the world though, and a WiFi plug would solve this.b) There is no brightness control; their default (and only) brightness level is neither bright nor dim, more like a nightlight. Might be distracting if you prefer a lot of darkness to sleep. It is pretty relaxing though when I’m not trying to sleep. One solution might be to throw in your own ~48-inch LED strip if you’re feeling rich and want more customization3. I like this bed a lot. It’s not complicated to assemble, and it feels sturdy and reliable. My recommendation would change from “avoid” to “Hey, man, I don’t know why you’re asking me about platform bed frames, but, yeah, sure, I’d certainly recommend this” if they respond and offer to replace my broken power supply.I’ll update immediately if/when they do (and I won’t be like alllllll the other guys who promise to make similar updates and never do).Update 1: Company responded asking for video and order number. Sending that now.Update 2: Sent video. Company responded requesting additional info to confirm my purchase. Upon receiving that, they’ve said they’ll send a replacement power supply. Bumping this to 4 stars. I’ll move it to 5 upon receiving the replacement because this is an otherwise solid piece of furniture.Update 3: Company sent me a replacement power supply that works wonderfully. Five star review, especially after I’ve had it several weeks and it’s still holding up nicely.

The bed frame is a perfect fit for the kind of rustic/country look I was looking for. Assembly was simple once everything was laid out. The bed frame is incredibly sturdy and the best part, it's totally quiet. There's no squeaks or creaks no matter how hard I plop down. the feet on the bottom of the frame seem to work well too as it hasn't slid around. The LED lights are a nice touch, I haven't had any issues with them. The only issue I had with the instruction manual was it was pretty vague with the routing of wires for the LED strip. All in all it's a great buy and totally worth the money
