There's a lot of these on the market now, but I bought this puck screen because it has a major edge upgrades over others: the edges are chamfered so they don't risk cutting your fingers. Other than that, it's affordable and it does what puck screens are meant to—keep your machine shower head cleaner and MAYBE facilitate a more even extraction.

Great product, well made, helps a little with channeling. Fits my E61 group head machine with VST baskets.

recently added this 53.3mm puck screen to my espresso setup, and I’m impressed by the subtle but real improvements it brings to each shot. Performance: The screen sits perfectly on top of the puck in my 54mm portafilter. I’ve noticed less splatter and fewer messy pucks since using it. Build Quality: At just 0.9mm thick and made of fine 150μm mesh, it’s flexible yet durable. It feels like it can handle daily use without warping or fraying. The ultra-thin design makes it easy to incorporate without affecting the basket fit. Clean-Up & Maintenance: Cleanup is simple just rinse under water or give it a quick scrub with a soft brush. Fit: smaller than the full 54mm diameter, the 53.3mm size sits just right on top of a tamped puck without interfering with the machine’s function. It’s designed with that slight gap to avoid pressure issues and allow room for water flow. I have used these screens daily. They are thin but very sturdy and work perfectly. I have used another screen and it was much thicker and hard to clean.

This is one of those things that “just works”; it has been along for the ride on hundreds of espresso pulls on my Ninja 701. It looks like new, cleans easily and keeps the shower head free of grounds.

Excellent screens. Mesh screens are tough and annoying to clean, and these are super easy to clean. Fits 58mm baskets very well. I have been using these screens for a Flair 58+ and noticed no difference compared to mesh screens.

There is not too much to say about this product except for the fact that it’s simple, easy to clean and effective. It’s made of good quality material and it keeps your espresso machine clean from coffee residue which is its main purpose in life. There is no negative to the pour or taste of your shot. Perhaps a little expensive for what it is, but worth the once-off investment in my opinion. Just be careful not to lose it which is surprisingly easy to do as it sticks to the used coffee puck when you discard it in the knock box and it can get very hot so you need to wait a while before picking it up to clean it. The 53.3mm size fits the Ninja Cafe Luxe portafilter perfectly!

I love these for my coffee machine, it helps protect it from the dirt of coffee grinds.. slots straight in and fits perfectly. Easy to clean under a hot tap and love that it comes in a 2 pack as this is the perfect amount needed.

Excelente terminado y funcionan muy bien. Había comprado los “económicos” que son como de malla y esos son muy difíciles de limpiar. La diferencia con estos es día y noche. Se nota la calidad que estás pagando, son fáciles de limpiar y hasta están bonitos.

Does the job ok, helps keep the showerhead cleaner and distribution is better, seems to be decent quality - no issues. Good value.
