Expensive but love the smell softness that lasts all day. Makes my skin look good

I do like this lotion and it’s mostly as expected, but I also had realistic expectations that didn’t line up with the claims on the page. They should probably consider using a different 3rd party clinical study that chooses people that aren’t trying to impress, because in four hours my skin was pretty much what it is when I use any lotion. My skin has plenty of room for more firmness and I’m no spring chicken. I’ve been using this for a few weeks and can’t see any major differences.I do see the typical culprits in here that might cause some irritation in some people with extra sensitive skin, but for the most part the ingredients are pretty good. They do include a good peptide in there, and hopefully with time I’ll see a difference, but I can’t confidently tell you that you’ll be amazed in four hours. Despite seeing no major differences, I’m not taking before and after photos of myself to compare, either. I mean, maybe there’s improvement?Besides that, it absorbs pretty well, the scent is relatively faint and light. I like the locking top. I’m a little torn between three and four for this, mostly because of these claims they make on the page. I’m going with four because it’s pretty good minus those claims, just have realistic expectations if you get this to firm up.

Use this after the shower. Skin feels so soft.

Here are some pros / neutral / cons for this product:Pros:- Definitely moisturizing (short term)- Leaves a nice coat on your skin- The smell itself is pleasant- Love the (thick) glass bottle. Wish more companies did itNeutral:- The size is a bit…small. Now yes they do disclose their size of the product but my the width of my hand nearly wraps around the height of the whole bottle. Wish it was a little bigger.- The coating that the lotion leaves on your skin may be bothersome for some, but it is pleasant for me. It’s not sticky but a little greasy. But not greasy in the same sense as Vaseline.Cons:- Although the bottle is glass, the pump is plastic and of cheap build. A bit ironic, I would like to see a more sturdy pump to complete the quality as a whole.- Runny, like very runny. This is quite literally the most runny moisturizer I’ve ever seen. Now it does surprisingly hydrate, funny enough even more than some of the other lotions that are thicker, but at this point it becomes a difficulty keeping it on the part of the body I want to keep it on. It just starts to drip down and off. Quite annoying, and is my primary complaint.- Price: At a point, moisturizing product just become overly expensive for claims that are minuscule if true. I think it’s a bit steep to be in the 40 dollar range for such a 5oz bottle. I wouldn’t be purchasing it again for this value.- Scent intensity: Now while the smell is nice, the intensity is quite harsh. I think too harsh. People in a 5ft radius will be able to smell it for sure. I wish the company could make the scent a bit less noticeable, and just more of a pleasant hint.This product is a great representation of something that’s just okay. The pros don’t outweigh the cons, and the cons don’t outweigh the pros. It’s just fine. But would I have gone through tons of skincare products, and have heavily researched ingredients that are used and which ones work and don’t work. This product is something I just can’t justify purchasing so I cannot recommend this to other buyers.But, I haven’t used this product long enough to measure its hydration. I’ll give it a couple weeks and return to update this review as necessary.

I absolutely love OSEA products !!!! I am 54 years young and this lotion is wonderful. Very lightweight , no smell, moisturizing and not greasy. Cost of product is worth every dollar!

It is a thin, liquidy, runny lotion. I really don't mind a watery lotion for the body, and in fact prefer it. So one may totally dislike this lotion for that reason and yet for me it is a reason to like it. I find a runny lotion easier to spread, and quicker too over thicker lotions. Thick I like for hands, feet, and face. Everywhere else? thin and easy to apply. Sometimes I simply opt out of using body moisturizer if it is on the thicker side. Yet I dont like my lotion to feel watery either. It needs to feel like I have used something. This falls into a category that I like as far as viscosity, feel, and performance as a moisturizer.I dont like it for use on my hands. This is strictly a "just out of shower" body lotion for me. And since it contains hyaluronic acid, that is the best time to use it. Not doing skin any favors when using it on dry skin. I find that my skin just feels hydrated but not oily. I love that it isnt perfumed.I find that a little goes a long way too. Maybe because I can spread it over my skin so easily.I dont rate on price. I can see price and size before ordering. I have bought plenty of premium priced products, and it is just easier for me to take price out of rating equation.Overall I am not in love with it, but that could change over time with more use. I am feeling a 3.5 star rating, but since we cant do half stars, I have to consider which full star seems most appropriate to me. I like it better than a 3, so I will go with 4. It really does stand out TO ME because of the thinness of the product. I happen to greatly prefer that.As for "firming", I dont know. I dont know exactly what to look for. I am fat like a busted can of biscuits, so unless this is a miracle product, I doubt I can really access this aspect. I do have good skin with nice bounce back, so I dont think I am exactly in need of firming despite being late 40s.
