Well made, gorgeous galaxy
Exactly as pictured. A great conversation piece. Has some weight to it which is nice. The first one I bought had a problem with the light, and they immediately replaced it. A+ to the customer service. Perfect gift for that philosopher or aspiring astronomer we all know. Would buy again, easily.

A good present
Bought it as a Christmas present for my brother and like it.I did expect the 3D galaxy in the crystal ball to be decent size but seems a bit small.Overall good though

Strangely impressed
This thing came in a fancy gift box with satin-wrapped padding, batteries already loaded WITH extra batteries?? Exceeded expectations. Did not actually come with a remote, it just cycles through the colors, but whatever it’s cool.

Light doesn’t work properly
The light doesn’t work properly. You can barely see it lit. Cute idea but not good enough as a nightlight

It looks much better in person - great item!
I admit I had low hopes for this item, but man it turned out to be 10 times better than what I was expecting. The crystal is beautiful and the LED is such a great touch. It was a gift for my nephew and he really liked it.

Does not light up
The globe itself is nicely done. Although a little smaller than I pictured, it is pretty and it comes in a beautiful satin-lined gift box. However, the base does not light up at all. I tried inserting the provided batteries facing up, facing down to no avail. I looked up the Q&A to see what others said they did, and tried loosening and tightening the screw. No luck. I have not gone out and bought new batteries to try that, but shouldn't have to. Also, as a note, if it DID work, you have to take the crystal globe off the stand, then turn the stand upside down to turn it off and on. Not the best design, even if it did work.

Bought as a gift
This turned out to be even better than anticipated. I bought this as a gift for a 12 year old girl decorating her bedroom with a galaxy theme. She loved it. It is way better quality than I expected.
