"Prophecy prepares us to face the future with faith." ~ pg. 12 Before I started reading this excellent guide to the future I was slightly confused about one thing! Will the rapture occur before or after the Tribulation? I have recently realized some even believe it could happen during the Tribulation which seems like it would be too late! So biblical interpretation does and can vary! What I enjoyed about this book was how well organized, informative and entertaining it was to read. Max Lucado has a great sense of humor and some of the stories he tells will make you laugh out loud. I also enjoy his puns and alliteration. While reading this book I also read Matthew 24 and 25, Mark 3, Luke 21, I Thessalonians 1:10, I Thessalonians 4:13-18 and finally Revelation 3:10 which seems to indicate that some will be raptured out of the earth before the trial that is coming to the whole world. To be honest I think I need to read more of the Bible but at least this book is organized in a way that you can put the pieces of the puzzle together more easily. Max Lucado makes the complex understandable and this is one of the most comforting books you can read on the End Times! When you know how everything ends it can give you peace of mind that God is still in control. This is the type of book you want to share with everyone you care about!!! ~The Rebecca Review

An author worth following! What a positive and wonderful guide for Christians that understand the Bible prophecies and look forward to our Lord Jesus' return for his church. Explains in simple, humorous and scriptural language what God has promised to those who believe Jesus is the Son of God, accepted the gift of salvation and healing of His sacrifice on the cross, and received the Holy Spirit. Such love, unearned grace, and life everlasting with the Joy, Peace, and Power God provides. No fear, follow Jesus and be blessed both in this life and the next. I read this several times a week and several other books by Max Lucado and it never fails to uplift me in Faith.

A great book that is very positive

A timely book for the days we are living in. This is a thoughtful, well researched & studied book about end times. Max Lucado can be trusted to publish truth based books. It is well written, easy to read & understand and full of prophecy (which I love). It is well worth reading or giving as a gift. I own many of his books. Thank you Max. I once met Max Lucado at a book signing when I worked in a bookstore. He was extremely kind and personable. He was accommodating to those who stood for a long time to get his book autograph. He took time to listen to everyone’s story and how one of his books helped them., even autographing books they brought with them.

This book is an excellent book to help people understand the end times study. It came in short order, and add an excellent price. It’s an easy read.

I think this is a brilliant book for Christians who are interested in prophecy. Worth reading even if you don't agree with all the writers interpretation. Easy to understand and definitely food for thought.

Maxlucado is an excellent writer - great book

I highly recommend this new book from Max Lucado, which not only provides easy-to-read teaching on Bible eschatology, but also explains why it matters! Hand-in-hand with this book I would also highly recommend 'The Rapture of the Church' by Phil Layton, which is a comprehensive study of what the Bible has to say about this exciting and important subject for all Christians. Best option, get both of these books - well worth it in preparation for what happens next on God's timetable!

A well written book by Max Lucado about How Biblical events might play out if/when End Times begin. As he says, "Be prepared, not scared." He puts things into perspective while enlightening readers about Revelation and what we can expect in the future, as described in the Bible.
