Very healthy and handy pantry item.Will buy it again!

I have tried several brands of coconut milk. For all these brands, the taste was acceptable, but the texture and creaminess did not impress me! I finally gave up using coconut milk. Until, that is, I found Fiesta brand! it is smooth, delicious and so creamy. I love it. I used it to make ice cream, milk shakes and as a coffee additive. Best stuff out there! I will continue to use this product!!

It’s fatty and not very tasty.

Coconut milk does not have the same flavor as coconut water. This is why it makes such a great Milk substitute in coffee and tea lattes. I heat it up with honey or xylitol and use a frother to foam, then add to my beverage. Hot or cold - you can't go wrong. It's a staple in pantry now. And since they are canned I can stock up.

When chilled, instead of the coconut cream rising to the top, it gets about a 3/8 inch thick brick on the top. The top layer is unsuitable for whipping and the bottom layer is runny. There is no third layer of the water underneath. I bought this hoping it would be good to used whipped, but I ended up with a runny mess.

I bought the coconut milk to make carrot ginger soup. Makes soup very creamy without overpowering with coconut taste. Milk comes out of can very thick, sort of like sour cream but is really tasty and blends well into the soup. It has no artificial ingredients and can be used for many different things, including smoothies and desserts. Great for vegans. I bought a case of six cans and they arrived in perfect condition with no dents. I highly recommend this product.

Love this stuff for my chia pudding. I buy it by the case loads and won’t ever buy anything else.

This coconut milk is the best one I’ve tried. Not gritty, smooth and tastes great.
