Do they disolve quick?

Just swallow them whole like you would an aspirin tablet. If you're going to dissolve them in water, then you should skip the step of buying these as pills and just buy a $1 box of baking soda and use a teaspoon (or less) in water. I bought these as pills because it's hard to carry a box of baking soda around with you.

Do the tablets bubble up?

I take the tablets whole so I assume they bubble up in my stomach. My doctor prescribes these and they became unavailable at my pharmacy so I am getting them from Amazon since they are OTC .
