yes please and thank you
I was surprised at how well these worked! I just bought a swingset and read that the included stakes were junk (go figure) so I wanted to buy "better" ones. I landed on these and am so glad I got them. YOU CAN USE A DRILL to DRILL them into the ground!!! Whoever designed these things needs a medal. If you live in Arizona, you know Arizona dirt. Nothing penetrates the stuff. When the drill wasn't powerful enough to get through, the hand tool was essential so I could actually get the stake all the way into the ground. If I ever need more stakes/anchors I will get more of these. And yes, they do work in Arizona dirt :)

Too large
These are too large for my intended usage. Not their fault because my item isn't listed as being able to be used for what I wanted it for.I do believe I may still be about to rig it somehow but it's too hot today, maybe this weekend. These ARE nice and heavy duty!! They'll be Great at anchoring if I can get them to function the way I need.I think they're an excellent value and if they don't work for me, my daughter has a trampoline and she'll benefit from my loss lol. These will be so easy to install once I widen the hole... and you've got a couple different ways to install... the tool they provide or your drill! There are 4 pieces with 5 washers, extra one I'm sure, a tool to screw them in and some tops to attach for removal.I highly recommend these! They're actually fantastic!!

Strongest Ground Anchor
I need to have few strong support for our heavy metal arbor to stand on its legs properly. Last month, on a stormy night it bend to one side. Chicago is a windy city and wind-speed often becomes serious. Earlier I tried with other types stakes; but they too didn't work. That's why I ordered this heavy duty Screw Anchors.I was surprised at how well these worked and I am so glad I got them. I drilled it through the tough soil near the arbor and placed them in. I had few steel ropes to wind through the buckle to connect with the arbor's structure. Now, I have a peace of mind. I appreciate how strong this support be, as it works well in our Windy City Chicago.

Great for my canopy. Drill helps!
Needed some stakes for my canopy and these are doing the trick nicely. Can be a little difficult to get in to the ground without a drill in harder ground, so keep that in mind -- where with a straight stake you might use a hammer, a log, or just try to step on it to get them in, these obviously need to twist. At the same time, the spiral helps them go in, and then really improves the holding power. I like that the spiral is only toward the lower segment so it reduces the total friction required to turn these in. Made these more effective at the beach than straight stakes though. Nice design.

Amazing Hold and Easy to Place
Holy heck yes indeed. I have tried a variety of different types of stakes for a greenhouse project, and things have been rough. These are perfect. I love that I can use a drill (or impact hammer) or the hand tool to place this into the ground instead of hammering. It leaves the ground much tighter for the hold. . The threads are nice and wide, so it holds great and it won’t pull up at all! Definitely a winning design for a common problem.

Holds trampoline
We had a storm recently and these held our trampoline down while others were flying off. Perfect to keep trampoline in place.

Great set of yard anchors.
Whether you are staking down something in your yard for bad weather or If you are an avid camper and camp in less than ideal conditions, these are the perfect stakes to do keep everything tied down and secure. Thin little metal spikes are easy to drive in but easily pull out of the ground in wet conditions with wind and can be frustrating. These are a bit more bulky and take a bit more effort to screw them into the ground, especially if the ground is hard but they are worth the effort. The stakes come with a tool supplied to easily screw them into the ground so you are not doing it exactly "by hand". If you prefer you can attach them to the end of a power drill and do it that way. Once you are done installing them you just hand screw the top metal loop back on and you are ready to go. The top loop is large enough you can tie just about anything onto it but they also include a canvas loop allowing you to attach more than one ratchet, bungee strap or rope. They really do bite into the ground well, they aren't going anywhere even if the dirt gets soggy. Overall, this is a really great set of heavyweight anchors that is easy to use and will last you for years!
