SR-CP-50B Commercial Grade Stainless Steel Percolate Coffee Maker Hot Water Urn for Catering, 50-Cup 8 L, Grey

This coffee urn worked great and was very easy to use. It’s a good size for serving coffee to a larger group, and cleanup was quick and simple afterward. The stainless steel design is sturdy and looks nice as well. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it for parties, events, or office gatherings!

my urn stopped working after 6 mos but sybo customer service is amazing and they are sending out a replacement no charge

This urn is great! I even reccomended it to two other people. It heats up the water and it's not too hot. Also, it's not boiling the entire time as it only reheat it every once in a while. My unit came with a very small shipping damage and the customer support was quick and friendly.

I bought the product SYBO 45Cup Coffee Urn, For the first time on September 18 2025 I used it 4 times for only 24 hours I saw after the first use a little rust on the bottom I washed it as much as possible on the fourth use it was already much more rusty I called Amazon and decided to make a replacement I received the product on October 22 I tried to use only mineral water this time and again the same story of rust 4 uses of only 24 hours Very disappointed because I love this company

So far so good. Works well, sure it’s a little noisy but not more than any other large coffee maker. It takes a bit to get used to the timing of how long it takes to brew but I would say it takes about 40 min to brew a full 30-40 cups. I’ve used it three or four times now and bring hot coffee to rally’s to keep the people warm. One issue I notice is: once the coffee is done brewing, the carafe shuts off and you can’t turn it back on. I believe this is of course, a safety feature however they should have a separate warming option. It doesn’t hold heat for too long. Once I bring it out of the house, the coffee is only hot to my liking for about an hour. Then it loses heat fast. Other than that, I am very happy with it. Decent product for the money!

I have been using this coffee machine and it works great. I lost the lid and e-mailed the customer service about it and they reached out to me quickly. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I love this stainless steel coffee maker pot that can brew 30 cups of coffee easily and keeps them hot until turned off. It's also very simple and easy to use the built-in spigot for quick and spill-free dispensing of coffee. I use it to brew the coffee in the morning for the workers that are working on my house renovation and they can come back to get more hot coffee anytime of the day. It's also great way to keep hot water during the winter for any tea lovers or even for instant cup noodles so you don't have to boil the water. This commercial grade material and parts will stand the time and many uses. The size and capacity is just right without being too big yet providing ample amount of hot water or coffee. Great value for its size and quality. Highly recommend it!

Great urn and pleasant looking. I had an issue and contacted customer service and they send a replacement asap

This product is not working properly. I have been using it for one month and although I put the coffee grinds it still pours out water from the spout. And the taste of the coffee is very watery and different .

Stopped working after 2 uses. I'd give it a zero if I could.
