Worst noise I've ever heard i hope this stops, why is this happening?

Well worth the money
My last tuble dryer lasted me 4 yrs when it died on my family I was looking for a new one with the cost of living this came a crossed good quality I have used it 4 times now and it fast drying and being a b grade it sound good the mrs is very happy with

No instructions
It's OK, but there's no instructions to help with the 15 settings or 4 heat settings so no idea atm what heat setting is useful for what so having to put it on for about 3-4 hours each load.Can't even find full instructions on the Internet yet 🤦♀️

I received my dryer today I unpacked it to see dints and all the bottom is rusty and paint hascome off.
