Excellent pasta machine,wish I would have found it sooner.Highly recommend it,and will definitely buy the other attachments for it.Well worth the money.

Sturdy, smooth, and easy to use
Easy to lock into place, I'm not sure why other reviewers have had issue with this. Smooth operation and nice clean cuts. My only complaint is the largest setting is 6, so I have to flatten the dough quite a bit initially to get it started.

Wir nutzen die Maschine regelmäßig. Sie funktioniert immer Zuverlässig und lässt sich einfach reinigen. Zu zweit sehr einfach, das Arbeiten alleine erfordert jedoch etwas mehr Übung.

Die Nudelmaschine ist innerhalb einer Woche direkt aus Italien geliefert worden. Sie ist sehr stabil und hat ein ordentliches Gewicht. Heute gabs dann gleich die ersten Nudeln. Ich bin begeistert!! So einfach und ohne jegliche Kraftanstrengung kann man Nudeln aus der Maschine zaubern. Die Reinigung mit dem mitgelieferten Pinsel und einem trockenen Tuch ging auch besser, als ich zuerst dachte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser tollen Nudelmaschine.

Sehr solide ( nur Metall ), gut durchdacht und brauchbar, wird immerhin seit 1930 unverändert produziert. Kann problemlos erweitert werden ( u.a. E-Motor, Ravioli- oder Gnocchiformen ).
