I’ve suffered with low testosterone and libido my whole life, both my parents have high estrogen. I am 39 eat very healthy, sleep 9 hours, exercise religiously and live a stress free lifestyle. I’ve accepted that I had a problem but I do what I can and simply take ed meds when needed! One day it just stopped working even on a double dose of cialis and viagra I struggled to maintain wood. Great supplement, doesn't cause any kind of stomach upset or anything like that, but I did notice a small handful of capsule split open for whatever reason. It's honestly not a huge issue and at the end of the day the product is quality enough and the value is there such that it doesn't matter, but figured if it's a concern for you, it's worth knowing that happens.
