My go to intra-workout carb source, high quality, clean taste, zero stomach issues, not overpowering or artificial, easy to drink and notice the difference especially when training early with no time for food. 1 scoop of this with some EAAs and a hydro tablet mixed in a 1 litre water bottle sipped before and during the gym keeps me pumped and energised!

Mixes well, and a quick carb source with no bloating. The flavour is much more improved.

This is a game changer for my workouts. My blood sugar drops easily during workouts and this really helps. The taste is sweet, I don't love it, but it does the job.

Cylic Dextrin is great, that should be commonly known to anyone have serious about training. I really take a lot each day, like 7-8 scoops (gives approx 170-190g carbs). No bloating. No gas. No energy drop off like Dextrose. However, the flavoured version can be highly acidic for stomach if taken in high volume. I mix with unflavoured and it tastes great and no stomach issues (ratio of 5:2 flavoured)

Tastes amazing and mixes very well, was skeptical of the taste as not a big fan of strawberry flavoured things but this wasn’t overpowering or too fake tasting. 1 scoop in a 500ml shaker to drink during my session and keeps me fuelled during long sessions

I use this post workout after an intense training session which I do fasted. After a protein shake (2 scoops 40g protein), I'll sip on Carb X to aid protein synthesis and restore my glycogen stores. Works very well and no sugar which helps.

Quasi die Luxusvariante der Intra / Pre Kohlenhydrate. Wer weniger Geld hat sollte zu Maltodextrin wechseln, vor allem wenn Maltodextrin nicht negativ auf den Magen schlägt. Ich kaufe diesen Artikel jedoch immer gerne wieder.
