Quality compromised on the pixel 10. Bass is lacking and call quality isn't good, I get a lot of complaints

Adds some basic volume and play/pause controls, and gets rid of the need for an adapter when using IEMs on a phone without a 3.5mm jack. My only complaint is that the clear heat shrink on the IEM connector side is a bit long. It makes them harder to store in certain cases, especially 3D printed "wrap" cases.
