We live in PA and have hard, heavily chlorinated water. This shower head and Vit. C filter made such a difference the very first time we used it! The water felt soft and silky! And my skin felt softer! The soap rinsed off better and faster! And the water pressure was even better than with a regular hand- held shower. I very highly recommend this product!
