I rarely use it, but when I needed it the most, it did a good job.
It is good for my long hours of computer usage. I feel the difference without it.To be fair, I use it only when I am awake at night ( for example, a long night of gaming).I guess I would use it during the day too, if I needed to use a computer all day.My recommendation is to find the right mouse and this pad.

Cheap, effective protection against RSI.
Ordered it to stave off the early warning signs of RSI. It appears to be doing the trick so far, nice and soft and feels good on the wrist. The only future concern I may have is that it has a fabric coating so may get a bit crusty in the future.

Excellent wrist support
I was getting wrist pain whilst typing but this has stopped the pain altogether. Really comfortable and does the job well. My job involves a lot of typing on a keyboard and this is the perfect support. Nice sleek look. Easy to move around when needed. Holds a sturdy position once it is down.
