so yesterday was my first time actually using these bars I used them for my one hour sculpt Pilates class and it was really good and these dumbbells are really good to use for Pilates class or exercising, but I would say if you’re gonna purchase these at least be doing Pilates or some kind of workout at home that requires you to use these for like arms or stretch stretching really well something around that area or otherwise you will have no use for these, but I absolutely love these and I got the black ones to match my mat and also another thing I will say is that if you are thinking 3 pounds is so light please do not underestimate these because they literally are so heavy. I’m not kidding but that’s good cause you need something that’s gonna have weight to them so that way you can push yourself to do your workout. It’s so easy to use the storage of. It is really nice. It’s super small. I literally fit it into my tote bag on my way to the class so it’s really good for like carry-ons and stuff value for the money wise. I would say it is a little expensive in my opinion, but I feel like the only reason why it is expensive is because it’s brand named from Bala so I feel like that’s why the price is the way it is. It’s easy to use at home assembly is really not that hard and the grip for these is really good even whenever you’re basically sweating your ass off you still have a really good grip so you are good to go.

These are great! They're soft and easy to hold. They hold up well in my hot pilates classes too. They're easy to clean and quality Dumbbell's.

These dumbbells are super comfortable and easy to use. Metal started flaking off my old metal dumbells, but that won't be a problem with these.

I am really grateful for these dumbells. I keep them right by my front door so that I remember to take them with me when I go for a walk. They are easy to hold and feel good in my hands. I was also looking for something that did not emit an odor and these do not. They are high-quality and the weight feels right.
