These pads are much better than no pad because they help keep the surface clean by being replaced once or twice a week or really it's up to you. We change ours if there is an accident for sure. By chance, the pads fit the table we use almost exactly which it really cool. The only complaint I can think of is when he kicks his feet, sometimes the pad doesn't stay stuck to the changing table. They keep the mess managable but we wipe everything down anyway. I recommend these for diaper changing areas. You could use them for sleeping too I guess or even for a puppy.

When my mother moved in with us, she brought these with her. I tried them years later when Mom became incontinent. They work very well. I put one down before Mom goes to bed. The next day the pad is still in place from the adhesive squares and it is filled with urine. No leaks even thought the pad is extremely full. This is my favorite pad for Mom

The pads are wonderful. I have a little Maltese who has been diagnosed with bladder cancer. She wears a diaper night and day. Because she has always slept at the foot of our bed she needs to sleep on this pad. It not only lets me sleep better at night knowing there will be no accidents on the bed, but she also knows the pad is the place for her to sleep.

These are super absorbent and are a nice big size so there is no leaking off the side. I like these a lot! They are perfect under sheets. They are not noticeable under sheets.

I like item. There are good for infants care. Awesome for elderly care as well.
