Great customer service
There was a flaw with the seat of the bike which could have cut a child's leg. Customer service was quick to respond and supplied options to get this resolved. From beginning to end, they made sure I was satisfied. I recommend this company and am very pleased with the product.

Very disappointed
Size is great, however why are the wheels made of plastic they do not grip to surfaces which makes it difficult to pedal overall disappointment

The tires are plastic and will not hold a grip on the surfaces
The tires on the bike should have been rubber for better traction, when my grandson was riding there was no traction on the ties, the tires would not grip the surface,

Highly recommend!
The media could not be loaded. We got this bicycle for our 2 year old who’s learning the mechanics of bike riding. This bike has a solid frame, the parent handle is sturdy, and the size is just right. I love how vibrant the color is and the little basket is a great added feature. The only thing I’d change is the material I used for the tires. I’d opt for a rubber tire versus the foam material they used to increase the traction. Very happy with this purchase and it’s a hit with our toddler!
