Great tool & easy to use!
This tool works perfectly! My sidewalk water turnoff is easily turned on or off with this tool. I’ve needed to do so for repairs & emergency situations. Reasonable price too!

For an emergency house water cutoff
The only reason I gave 4 stars was the width of the business end of the cutoff tool. I closed the gap by about 25 percent and am now very happy with the tool. The gap might be intentionally wide to handle different types of valves.
