Great massager/vibrator
This design has been around for decades. I remember my barber when I was a kid pulling out one of these to give a scalp massage at the end of a haircut, and it felt great. Nice for minor aches and pains and to increase circulation.

Received broken - unbelievably loud, unpleasant, painful. Terrible
I think Amazon shipped me a returned item. When you turn it on its so loud you can hear it clearly throughout the house. Vibration is awful. Non adjustable.... Terrible terrible massager. I had it shipped to me in Portugal too as I am staying over here for a while $166 down the toilet with taxes and shipping. Sometimes I really really hate Amazon and the garbage returned products which get sold as new.

Use this to massage neck and shoulder. Easy to operate, good weight and does work. Feel much better after massage

Extreme disappointment
Rather disappointed. As a chiropractor, I've used the exact same massager for 30 years. For whatever reason, this purchase, the unit is extremely weak. It vibrates, but much less intensely than any that I've owned before. (The switch on my last one gave out or I'd still be using it.)
