I’m a face painters and with the Florida humidity my paints sometimes turning into a toothpaste consistency. I threw away so many of them u til someone recommended I use Silica Gel Beads to help absorb the humidity. They worked I’m so happy! The way they are pack a bag fits perfectly inside my kit and the fact that they can be recharged ads an awesome feature. I’m using others in my clothing drawers. Very satisfied with this product.

There is a lot to like about this product. I live above the cloudline on a mountain, where we have excessive humidity, and I need to protect my books and other items, much of which I store in bins. I keep one or two of these in the bins. When the badge turns pinkish, you can microwave them ... but I find it's easier just to leave them in the car to heat up and dry out there. (For the record, I keep a couple in the car as well.) The are about the size of your hand and are good to dry out medium or large size bins. Just drop them in and your done ... that easy to use. They are tough, too. The outer fabric will never fall apart.

So far, so good!! I don't open and close the boxes, so I guess humidity is minimum. I get what I need previously and store at other places ready to use. It works GREAT!

Advertised as rechargeable but in reality they're reusable desiccant silica bags. They truly work and to "recharge" them can be done in a microwave or regular over and I have tried putting them in my car dashboard to get the sun while I drive around for an hour or so and they get fully reactivated. I'm using this product for medicine cabinets and drawers. Buy this product with confidence but make sure to follow instructions to the T
