If I could give this a zero stars I would. I spent $1350 on this freezer. It was not delivered in the right day. Therefore, I was not in town. They delivered it to my front door when it is clearly stated it is a garage refrigerator. Way too heavy for me to move the box so I had to take it out of the box and roll it on the sidewalk and driveway to the garage. Then 14 months later, it died. I had a freezer full of meat and wet dog food. I contacted the company. They said they had a one year warranty and would not help me out at all. They would not pick up the broken freezer. They would not replace it bc it only had a one year warranty. They would not replace my entire trash can full of food that I had to throw away. Don’t buy from this company. You would think a $1350 freezer would last longer than 14 months but even the company doesn’t think it will bc they are not doing anything about it.
