Easy set up works amazing

Quiet, effective dehumidifier and air conditioner. Connects to Alexa for voice control. Looks smart, gas a remote control too. Very pleased with my purchase, may buy a 2nd.

Its integration with the app and Google is excellent. It is noisy and I think the lead hose should be a foot longer to reach up to a window. This is though an excellent product for the price and is a Godsend for those people who find it difficult to cope with heat.

Greatest regret in life is I didn’t get this sooner. Finally able to sleep in summer it’s the greatest game changer and it 8s my child now

The media could not be loaded. Bought this as our bedroom has been reaching 25 degrees over the last few weeks.PROS- Nice looking unit with a easy to navigate digital display.- Comes with a remote.- WiFi compatible with handy app.- Ice cold air my room went from 24 to 16 within an hour. I've only used the air con feature but that is very impressive.CONS:- Extremely heavy, especially when I have to elevate it on a chair to allow free movement of air.- Hose is obnoxiously wide.- Window kit doesn't fit the most common used window in UK so you have to source one elsewhere.- Unbelievably noisy and I normally sleep with ambient sounds on. My wife can't stand being in the same room as it as she describes it as it's like being under a plane engine. It also sounds like there's loose fragments of plastic flying around inside.- On standby there's a horrible loud buzzing.Realistically you need to have it on constantly otherwise the temperature ramps up. Once turned off my room can go from 16-22 in 10mins.I've generously rated 3 out of 5 stars simply because if it's on constantly it does an amazing job but the noise levels etc let it down.

The air con is really good, exceeded expectations.Easy to use and it is very powerful

This was to replace my aging 9000 btu aircon. Sadly after 4hrs of use at apparently 10,000 btu it didn't come close to the power of my previous unit. Had to arrange a return. The wifi utility is fantastic though. Mine made this horrid buzzing sound when on standby/off. Like a loud bee was buzzing. Really distracting. It's a beautiful small unit though. But trying to direct the airflow doesn't really work well, still blows to the left regardless of where you point the vent. Sorry.. had high hopes, but I'm going for a 14,000 btu unit and returning.

This is my second purchase of an air con unit. It's does good job. A bit noisy on full output but does not lack force. It has a sleep control to lower noise. The pipe is a bit fiddly and could do with being sturdier and longer but adequate. I bought a window sock separately which fits around window with velcro & zips & around end pipe to take hot air out room & pump cool air back in. I got 9000BTU (output) which was £172 couple months ago but the price has since risen considerably now. You can get other units eith lower outputs which are cheaper. Well worth buying if you struggle with heat.
