This does exactly what it says and can't recommend it enough. My Hyrox training and S&C has gone through the roof. I take a scoop with a glass of water on an empty stomach in the morning and the same again 30 minutes before training. I also use this with concentrated beetroot capsules. You can certainly tell they are vasodilators as my veins all over are like piano strings.

Very acidic and I hadn't considereded that in solution, so my bad. Product is made well no complaints there. However since it contains Malic Acid, it's pH when mixed with water is pretty similar to orange juice, I haven't taken the best care of my teeth over the years so have to sadly avoid this going forwards

Simple to use and easy to add to a training routine. The unflavoured formula mixes well with water or other supplements without overpowering the taste. It dissolves well with a quick shake, the scoop is clear, and the tub offers good value. Not quite five stars as the taste on its own isn’t great, but overall it’s a straightforward supplement that’s easy to keep using

This stuff works a treat for a solid pump in the gym but the taste blows your nuts off!

Appears to work, veins in arms, chest and legs are much more prominent. Very sharp citrus taste when mixed with water. If you use it with creatine it lessens the tang a bit, I mix with low cal cordial.

Has done the job, reduced my muscle fatigue and allowed me to push more in the gym. Fantastic supplement.
