Bad Packaging
The packaging of this product was so bad, it was folded like a blanket and then packaged instead of rolling it. So there is hard folds which is not going even after using for many days. I tried to keep something heavy on the folds so that it will go, still it didn't work . Product is not great..3/5 rating though, only if packaging was done right. Very disgusting packaging.

Had order this product (as shown in the link) but received a different one as attached in image above..decided to keep it since it look good with my furniture setup...price bit high.

Comfortable and affordable Mattress
I bought this mattress for my mother in law as she wanted soft and she is very happy with it.Delivery was smooth and easy to unwrap and use.Overall very happy with product. Using it for 2 months now.
