I like the ruggedness and size of this product. However, as soon as I got it, I plugged it in via USB-C and the flash light came on. No amount of button presses of the power button would get it to shut off. I tried charging via the micro USB and it didn't charge at all. I would not recommend this product.So after reading this review, the company promptly sent another one free of charge. I will be charging this overnight to see if it will charge up completely. Upgrading to 3 stars because of the company's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Slightly annoying because I ordered it for a mission a couple of days ago. Will upgrade rating once I get an opportunity to use it and see its performance.So after using the replacement for I received for awhile, it has worked great. Even get fast charging from one of the USB outlets.

This product is awesome. It arrived quickly and is packaged nicely. I took this on a 5 day trip to Arkansas and it worked flawlessly. However, when I recharged it for another kayaking trip it wouldn't stay on for more than 4 seconds. BUT I contacted OUTXE and they promptly responded to my claim (you receive an 18 month warranty with your purchase). They advised me that they would replace my defective power bank with a new one. Shortly after speaking with customer service, my new power bank arrived. It has been working great! I definitely be purchasing more OUTXE products. Great products and even better customer service.

This item is as described. It is very durable and great for the backcountry. if you have access to an outlet to charge it overnight, it charges in 7 - 8 hours using lightning and USB-C. However, if you don't have enough time to fully charge it, it takes a long time of short charges to refill it. For backpacking, I will return and buy the 10000 mAh instead and possibly by two of them so that they can charge individually for hopefully a quicker charge and more options of carrying one or two depending on the backpacking trip length.

Limited use of the device at this point but charges my iPhone 7 quickly. I was initially concerned about about the slow time to recharge pack when I revived it. Seemed to hover at 3 leds for hours but using both inputs helped. Built-in led flashlight seems bright enough and makes for a nice backup if my main headlamp fails with dim and blinking features . i/o seals fit securely though I’ve not tested it in wet conditions. Feels durable and the multiple attachment points are nice.

This thing is a beast. Use it on extended camping/backpacking treks. A+

Will not put out a charge. Dispite the fact that the unit is fully charged it will not charge the electronics I plug into it. The green light on the batter pack show that the battery is full... It turns on for literally 30 seconds then turns off. I've tried multiple cables and multiple devices it does the same thing...total garage

I've only had to use this a couple times since my purchase and so far I'd say it's money well spent. My phone happens to have a lower than average battery capacity and this takes the worry out of running through a charge midday. It's a little heavier than I expected but that's okay I may try to use it to defend myself lol

This is a great product! It shipped fast and arrived in good quality. It is waterproof, dust proof, and drop resistant. It has a built in flashlight, and is extremely convenient for outdoor use. It has two input ports for faster charging and also has a useful hook gadget. I would definitely recommend!

This power bank is sturdy, and feels like it will withstand the test of time although I've only had it for a short time, I've powered a few of my gadgets and it is still half full of power! I can hang it off something (which for me is handy) and having 2 outputs is a great plus. It's not the smallest but that wasn't one of my priorities.

The Power Bank functioned exactly as I needed it to, but unfortunately it then failed. I contacted the retailer and a replacement has already been sent. With that sort of service I will always make them my first choice. Sometimes products fail, that is what warranty is for, well done guys.
