I have felt better and had more energy taking this vitamin and, best of all, no issues with the IC! Thank God. I have had a hard time finding a multivitamin that I could take with my many health problems that didn't also upset my IC. This one really seems to work, even though the capsules are quite small. I hope they get it back in stock soon! I intend to keep ordering.

This is the only multivitamin I could find that doesn’t contain Vitamin B6 and so far, I like it! Vitamin B6 can be toxic to some people and I was having crazy symptoms from taking another multivitamin that stopped as soon as I eliminated the B6.

Tried the product as directed and have noticed any improvement.

I had been given this company name and product information from IC Network. This disease is very hard on our bodies. We share ideas that work for others and they do the same. I have extremely liked this product. I think it is a very good company. I will continue to buy Desert Harvest Products.

I have healed my IC with gaps diet. I was able to take this multi after a year of gut healing. I now can take a regular multi but I still keep this around too.

No complaints. I ordered this multivitamin because of it's low acidity. I thought the price was good as well. I don't have any other multivitamins to compare to except for the normal drugstore high acidity vitamins which I don't use anymore. This product was cheaper than desert harvest's other products as well.
