Not suitable for Pilates or Yoga.
Mine arrived quickly, doesn't smell too much. Ideal for sound deadening or under a weights bench, but too slippery a surface for pilates, yoga or gym exercises. Try doing push ups and your feet slide backwards, even with trainers on. Also it is very dense, so not suitable if you need a mat for something like sit ups. I have the 10mm 6ft x 4ft Mat. After rolling the other way when unpacked this mat has stayed nice and flat on the floor, no curling up.
