Love the look and feel of this pan! Steaks to grilled cheese come out great and with grill markings! Happy with my purchase. You will have to add the handle when it arrives, but no biggie it was easy to do, and comes with a screwdriver, easy peasy, and I'm not a mechanically inclined kind of girl! LoL!!

This is a very nice pan. It grills at medium or lower temperatures (be sure not to turn up any higher), so there’s very little spatter. My salmon grilled up nicely, and cleanup was so easy. It’s important to follow the instructions for preparing the pan before first usage. Once you do that, it works like a dream. Use soft sponge to clean, and you’re good to go. The Bakelite handle is a very nice touch.

I ordered this pan to fill a gap in my nonstick pan collection: grill pan. The pan itself has a reasonable heft for an aluminum pan, thanks in large part to the integral stainless steel disk that composes the base. This disk also gives the pan wide compatibility with traditional, ceramic, and induction cooktops. The synthetic handle has a woodgrain finish and is comfortable to use but is not oven safe, which is unfortunate. In an unexpected twist, the pan even comes with a full-sized screwdriver to facilitate attaching the handle to the pan with the single included mounting screw.I was eager to try this pan but didn’t have a meal planned for it so went with some supermarket burger patties for a test run. The pan performed well, heating evenly and providing a good nonstick cooking experience while leaving attractive grill marks on the food. The only issue I had with it was the slight difficulty in maneuvering the patties around the pan without hooking the edges of the grill grid with the spatula, but that’s common with grill pans in general so I can’t rally knock it. Overall, I’m pleased with this pan and expect to get good use out of it on those days when firing-up the Weber in the backyard isn’t in the cards.

This is an awesome looking pan and it was easy to assemble with just having to screw on the handle. So far we've used it to grill tortillas, franks and sausages. I'm sure my husband used it to cook other foods even though I forbade him to use it if I'm not around. It is durable and made well because it still looks brand new. It's not too heavy but has a good heftiness to it. Retains heat well. Food does not stick as long as you monitor the cooking. Cleans very easily with a simple rinse and wipe. Very good size too, not too big but big enough to handle plenty of food.

This is a great nonstick pan; it works great and is easy to clean. I cooked some salmon on it the other night and it worked great. It left grill marks and the salmon was great. Our kitchen cabinets are moving form the older nonstick pans to these new Granite style. I love them
