The machine leaks, it broke after one use, it's very poor quality, and the machine feels loose and not solid when you use it

I can't say enough good things about this steam cleaner! It's incredibly powerful and makes cleaning a breeze. From grout lines to kitchen appliances, this device handles it all with ease. I love-The fact that it takes just 15 seconds to heat up and start to dispense steam.The tank hold enough water to do a lot of area rather than need refilling every 5 mins like my old steamer.The carrying handle makes it very easy to move around the house.I don't love-The fact that it leaks from the joint when you put an attachment on (and yes I am using the little rubber seal) so reaching up to do anything above you means that unless you are very careful you get splashed with boiling water.I used the little brush head today for the first time and despite only using it on the visor on my cooker hood it looks as if it is worn out and all mis-shaped.Its good at what it does but would be so much better if it had a trigger control to stop-start the steam jet. As it is, you switch it on but need to be sure you are hold of the trigger because it starts jetting out steam with no warning. For instance, if you left the handle on a sink/worktop and turned on the unit, unless you got hold of the handle before it powers up there could be a nasty injury. You have to turn it off at the unit to stop the steam, again it would be better to be able to stop it with a trigger on the handle, it continues to steam for a few seconds after being turned off so much care is needed to be sure the nozzle is not pointing anywhere it shouldnt.I also don't like the gloves, they are too cumbersome and make it difficult to handle cleaning cloths etc.Ive also found that its best to have it plugged into an extension lead otherwise you are forever having to change sockets moving from area to area.Overall I am happy with it but really wish it had been better designed to turn on and off.

Super lightweight and easy to store, can be used to clean just about anything... we recently sold our car so used this to clean car mats and the plastic trim, it worked great!

Overall performance was good. Heats up quickly, good heat and steam variable control pressure. Found it very effective at cleainng off mold/mildew and grease from SS hob filter.Attachments are good and very useful, allthough it does need a water filler jug to avoid spillage and ensure hassle free refilling. Bad design of plug connector too so thats 1 star off.Major let down is the attachment connector on the handle being plastic. The attachmentment wand and connector rings are brass and steel (great) but not when connecting to ABS plastic thread. With the head theres too much flex and risk of the thread breaking with the slightest pressure. So thats why it drops down to 3 stars.A shame becuase overall a good product, but could not justify keeping it for the above reasons as failure is likely to happen at some point.

Didn't like this product. Having to push your thumb up and down at the same time to release the steam was hard work and caused me horrendous pain in my hand. Would be much easier to have a simple on and off button. Instructions were in broken English too. Will be returning the steam cleaner.
