I have been using for the last 1 year. It was an amazing product. But after 6 months the display was not working and buds also not charging. As it was in warranty the product was replaced by the service centre. And again the new product worked for 6 months and now the display is no longer working, the case doesn't charge my buds. Buds are constantly draining even inside the case. It stays connected to the phone. Thr display is now completely unusable and a glitchy mess. It did not stand the test of time at all. 15k for a pair of earbuds just for it to last 1< year? Really having to reconsider my decisions.

The JBL TWS earbuds offer excellent sound quality with deep bass, clear vocals, and a comfortable fit. Battery life is impressive, making them ideal for daily use. The touch controls are responsive, and Bluetooth connectivity is stable. Overall, they provide great value for money and a satisfying listening experience.

Amazing product. Good quality headphones for calls and workout. Great noise cancellation for loud environments. Ambient and talk through modes are awesome. You have to look for the suitable ear tip before starting to use the product. Touch controls are good. Comfortable snug fit during long usage. All in all the product is worthy of the pricing. And the case is soo high quality!

I’ve always loved JBL for their speakers and soundbars, so I had high hopes for the JBL Live Beam 3 – especially since it’s one of their most premium and expensive earbuds. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I enjoy listening to music at high volume, but even at 100% volume, the sound feels more like 70–80%. It’s not loud enough for someone who likes punchy audio. I also faced issues with calling. When I used it outdoors, the person on the other side could hear a lot of wind and traffic noise. While riding my bike, they could barely hear my voice – only wind noise, even though JBL claims it has six beamforming microphones to reduce noise. Sadly, there’s no proper ENC (environmental noise cancellation), which I expected at this price. The touch display on the case is slow and not very responsive – don’t expect phone-like touch quality. I previously used Samsung Buds 2 and Buds FE, and I honestly found them better than this in many ways. I switched to JBL thinking it would be an upgrade, but it turned out to be a letdown. Also, be careful before buying – there’s no refund option. You can only get a replacement if the product is broken or defective, and even that has to be done through a JBL service center, not Amazon. Overall, I regret buying these. Great brand, but this product didn’t live up to the JBL name.
