Love it
Exactly what I was looking for in a zipperless checked luggage. Setting the new combination to the lock was easy and the room inside is perfect. Very sturdy. The wheels are solid and the extending handle is nice and extends smoothly. Can’t wait to use it for my next flight

Good Carry On Luggage With Room For Improvement
I am a fan of hard cased luggage instead of zippered ones for the extra sense of security. This luggage is a 20 inch carry on. Being a carry on, it doesn't hold that much but might hold enough for an overnight stay if you do not over pack. This is an attractive carry on suitcase with some of the features you'd expect for traveling like spinner wheels , a telescoping handle for rolling and built-in TSA approved locks (more on this later).Once opened, one side has a meshed net that has a zipper. The other side is solid without mesh that is also zippered with an added inner zipper. I haven't had the chance to take the carry on suitcase on an actual trip to see how well that does on a trip. But went ahead and added some clothes and rolled it around. It doesn't hold much. On one side, I put in a pair of jeans, two t-shirts and a couple of socks and one side was already almost full. There are two areas where improvement is needed.First, I noticed that at one of the corners of of the zippered mesh section, the zipper snags. I went ahead a lubricated a bit with Vaseline. The lubricating helped a little, but the zipper still snags.Second, the instructions to reset the combination lock is incorrect. Included are instructions that refer to three different lock types and instruct to use a pen or other tip to depress a switch in the pinhole of the suitcase. But there is no such pinhole. After looking and looking for a pinhole and not finding one, I finally saw that there is a hidden zipper (without a zipper tab to pull on) area. After unzipping the area reveals a tiny metal switch that moves at right angles (I included a picture of the tiny switch with light on it) is used to reset the lock combination. I only knew how to do this because I have another suitcase that resets the combination the same way. The included instructions (at least the one I received) do not work for this suitcase. Here is what I like and dislike of this carry on suitcase:Likes:-------- hard case that doesn't use outside zipper- spinner wheels- telescoping handle- built in TSA locksDislikes:----------- inner zipper snags at corner- incorrect combination lock reset instructions- only 3 number combination, not 4I give the NINETYGO 20 inch Carry on Luggage MANHATTAN Frame Carry on suitcase 4 stars.

Exactly what I wanted!
This hard-sided carry-on is exactly what I was looking for. It exceeded my expectations. Very well made. I didn't want to zipper it shut. They always either break or become difficult to manage. The clasps on this case are very sturdy and I love that you can set a combination to lock them. Easy to set by unzipping the liner directly behind them. The size fits perfectly within the constraints for a carry-on. I chose the two-tone, navy & dark green, so that it would be distinct from common carry-ons. I also like the zipped panels on the inside that holds everything in place when the case is opened. Kudos to the designer & the manufacturer.

Very happy with these.
We bought 2 of these and with 1 trip complete are very happy with them. They seem of higher quality (thicker, sturdier) than the less expensive zipper version from Ninety GO that we compared side by side.

Thanks to seller support, I'm revising this to a 5 star review
This is a sturdy hard case large rolling suitcase. The product listing says it is airline approved for carry on luggage. I'll have to take their word for that because to ME it looks rather large for a carry on. It has four double wheels, and it rolls like a dream! It has handles on three sides including a very tall extendable handle so you can easily pull it behind you. I love that feature! More, it includes a handy USB port, another great feature. It comes with two TSA combination locks, and you can change the combinations at will. It has no external zippers, meaning it will not get caught on obstructions like zippered suitcases do.The exterior is made of polycarbonate plastic, which is strong and resilient. The TSA lock means your suitcase will not get damaged by TSA agents trying to force the lock! I've had TWO suitcases ruined by TSA agents, so this is a feature I really value. I don't know that I would want to stack heavy things on top of the suitcase. I'm afraid it would crack, but probably my fear is unfounded. There are zipper closure panels that lock contents into the two large internal sections, plus a large zippered pocket for storing small items in flight. The extending handle has four sections and rises to an impressive height. You will have no trouble hauling a briefcase that has a band to slip over the lugging handle. There are hand use handles on the top and one edge conveniently placed to make using them hassle-free. More, you can choose how far to extend the top handle. This allows you to adjust the suitcase to your height! I like that! All things considered, this is an excellent suitcase with lots of great features.Later... I wrote the above before I learned it wasn't possible to change the lock's combination. I contacted the seller, but got no reply. Finally they did contact me. They said they had not been aware that this suitcase used a different lock configuration than what was shown in the user manual. They said they had recalled all of these suitcases and were putting in them a new, revised instruction manual. They sent me a copy of the new instructions. Problem solved! I can now reset the combination, and I am completely satisfied with the suitcase. I realize that probably the reason for their delay in handling my complaint was due to the time required to stop any more suitcases from going to customers with the wrong information. Kudos to them for working the situation out to my satisfaction! 5 stars. Again!
