This case fits all the ports in the right slots for the Galaxy S10+. Because it's water resistant, and has a rubber plug/cover over the place where you plug in a type C power cable, you have to really push the end of the USB in there to make sure it is engaged.At first I just plugged it in, and it wasn't charging, but that's because the plastic case is not so wide it prevents you from plugging the USB end in, but it's just wide enough that unless you push it in *all the way*, you will only be in the phone case slot, and not in the actual phone port with the contacts touching.The other thing I didn't see in other reviews but can happily confirm is that it _does_ function with the Fingerprint ID feature, and seems to do it in a novel way.My old fancy fullscreen curved glass screen protector that was installed by the distributor (long since cracked, along with the originally purchased case – hence this replacement) was Samsung's 2.0 solution to the needs of the biometric reader – the original one was a void, an actual cut-out in the glass. This poly whatever it is case does a third thing, which is it has a different material of some sort where the cut-out used to be, and it works.It said remove all screen protectors, camera protectors, films, etc., and clean your phone – put it into this case bottom first, aligning the ports, and snap it shut all around. Press the clear cover up and out to get rid of bubbles. It advised re‐registering your fingerprint data once the new case was on, but I totally haven't had to, it's just worked, and I was able to install it myself in a minute. [Cleaning my phone was a much longer project!] It's amazing how much better I feel about my phone now that it's in a case through which I can see, and because its not broken, I don't struggle with the buttons. Should have done this months ago. This product gets a A from me. It's not super high end, but it's very good value for the price, and does the job of protecting your phone. I got it in black – it's fairly good-looking, although I can't tell it from anyone else's phone when there are several on a table now – I haven't dropped it in water yet, and I'm not planning on it, but since my old case wasn't waterproof, if this does fall in somewhere, and I've remembered to close the stopper after charging, it might save me. I have ready fumbled and dropped it on a hard surface more than once, so yay for the new protection, LOL!Bueno.

Seems durable. Love the built in screen protector. Have had zero issues in the few months I have had it. Have not tested the waterproof rating, hopefully never have to. But nice that it's rated so well just in case.

This case is pretty sturdy and lightweight! It’s not slippery when I hold it. I got the clear case and it has a bit of a frosted look to it which was a nice surprise, if you an all clear case don’t pick this one! Not a deal breaker but itmade my phone a bit bigger as it protects the screen if it falls on its face :)

Love it! Works as advertised and I dropped my phone a few times on concrete and it protected my phone. Very happy!!

2 problems I have with the phone case. The cover for the charging port is difficult to open at times, making it annoying when I connect the cable on my car or on my night stand. Also since I use a 90° cable charger the thickness of the case does not allow it to fully seat. So I'm forced to use a straight cable.

Purchased for 13 year old son who like to leave his phone laying around. This case seems very robust for drops. The only downside is that the case isn't as clear as it looks and it's more of a brushed look.

This case may be shock resistant, fortunately I’ve not put it to that test…yet. However it will never be water resistant. The 3 openings at the bottom have no plugs and the glass cover leaves a gap between the edge of bottom cover and the glass cover. Guess that’s one reason these are so much cheaper than an OtterBox. Get what you pay for.
