As a coach driver I needed something practical to help answer ops calls instead of continually stopping to call back. I can also listen to my audio books, and any music ,when stopped for a break. It is perfect, with clear voice and ease of use, immediately connecting to my phone as soon as it comes out the case, and remains connected constantly. The case recharges the headset when inserted, which keeps it going on the job. I've never run out of charge on a long drive. It's comfortable too. Worth buying.

I'm using this with my work PC. I have a Jabra headset with a headband but wearing it for large periods of the day has left my scalp feeling itchy & irritated; hence this purchase.It seems reasonably well made. It's very light & I do worry that it'll break after a period of reasonable use. The device paired with my laptop easily & the charge seems reasonable enough for what I need. The earpiece doesn't fit snugly in my ear and so sits slightly outside of the ear canal; that's because there's a bulbous element to the ear piece & this reduces the sound quality that I am hearing to a tinny sound so none of my calls have the bass that comes with someone's voice. The overall result is that the device feels a little tentative on my ears & I worry that it will fall off. I have been told that my voice is presented clearly over calls though.I have found it a little fiddly when an unexpected call comes through & I have missed 2 calls on the first day. The calls come through teams & I don't seem to be able to get the device out of it's charging housing, opened & on to my ear before the call is hung-up.It's not bad but it's not great either and I was hoping for something a little better for the money spent. I wouldn't buy this again if I needed to replace it.UPDATE4 months of use and this headset intermittently drops off of calls leaving the meeting sound to blare across the office. Avoid at all costs. A real shame because it wasn't the cheapest option either.

The sound is very good, especially for the money, and I'm told by the person I was speaking with that I was nice a clear to hear so the mic certainly works well.Comes with various sized buds to suit most ear sizes which is very helpful.Case is nicely compact so easy to slip into my bag to travel around with. Would be handy if the charge cable could fit inside the case but I've never come across any ear phones in general that do so that's certainly not a negative, just a general observation.The only negative, which for me personally is quite a big negative, is that it's not very comfortable so can't leave it on for long periods of time.

This is a great product . People can hear me clearly . It is a small light quite discreet headset. It fits nicely into the ear and you can twist the ear holder so use the headset with either ear. I can work with my hands and take calls at the same time . It comes in a chargeable case which also acts as an extra power bank for the headset. It is very easy to pair and natural pairs with your phone every time you pick up. Simply great

I purchased this product to use with my laptop for teams calls, zoom meetings and meetings. It was incredibly easy to set up, it did it itself straight pout of the box. Battery life is excellent. Sound quality is great and it is really comfortable, I wear it all day and forget I have it on.would definitely recommend
