Purchasing this chair has changed my routine when sitting in the garden. Very therapeutic as I am able to Gentle swing. Very comfy and strong. It was easy to assemble. Looks great and definitely value for money

Arrived a day earlier than expected, although a few dents in outer packaging the parts were well protected and showed no sign of damage.I knew this would be a heavy item but was able to put it together on my own. The pictorial instructions were clear enough for me to follow and was I swinging in it in no time at. I must admit I practiced a dismantle and no issues there either.Once I got the head cushion positioned so that it sits behind my neck, rather than my head, I can honestly say that this is a very comfortable chair to sit in. I have even put some additional cushions I had on the sides and it's like being hugged :). Have fallen asleep in it a few times already. The frame appears sturdy and when swinging there is no noise, eg, squeaks or groans to say that the metal is under any stress.At present the only down sides are:1. Due to my clumsiness stubbed my toe, badly bruising it, on one of the legs as they stick out a little way beyond the chair itself, only done it once, lesson learned very quickly :)2. Bought for the conservatory, but soooo comfortable and easy on the eye that it's in the living room, looks like I'll have to buy another one.For years I have wanted a rocking chair but this egg chair has pushed all thoughts of that out my head, even though it does have a larger footprint, I would recommend this chair.

I bought this item after reading the frame was power coated. Power coating does not enhance the strength of a product but it does make it far more weather resistant to rain and moisture.After having the item only 5 weeks and using a cover when the weather changed to damp and wet I noticed rust areas. I contacted the seller to be told that as the item is iron I have to expect overtime that some rust will occur. Being power coated this should have been after a very long time not 5 weeks. After several emails back and fore and being told by the seller that as the product was still usable and not faulty ( if rust after only 5 weeks is not faulty then heaven knows ) they offered my £30 !I wanted to return and get a full refund but they tried to tell me I’d have to return it in the original packaging ( which I also must add is not the law concerning faulty goods ) I’m pretty sure most people after 5 weeks would no longer have the packaging. We eventually came to an agreement on a 60% refund and I dispose of the itemI do feel Iv been cheated here and can only say I would think twice about purchasing this productI will give the prompt reply to emails 4*The sellers attitude to a item that is clearly faulty as you can see from attached pics I will give a 2*I’m afraid the actual item is worth 0* as if a product is advertised as power coated and the pictures on the sight are the item in gardens then the product is not worth wasting your moneySadly a disappointing purchase
