Kids are really enjoying this sandbox! It’s not the biggest, but it was enough space for 4 kids to sit around and have fun in the sand.This box was quite easy to build. Make sure you pay attention that you connect the boards labeled 1 and 2 correctly, or you may have to take things apart and fix them part way through.We chose to make the box a little deeper by digging down into the ground about 4 inches deep approximatey 2 inches from the walls on all sides. This left a ledge to support the sandbox. We then put the black liner into the hole and pressed it down in, and put part of the sand in to weigh the liner down. Then we used a staple gun to secure the liner to the inside of the walls of the box. After this, we added the rest of the sand.We found a handy sandbox sand calculator online. This made knowing how much sand to buy easy. Got the sand delivered via Instacart!With the extra depth we added we used 6 - 50lb bags of Quikrete Play sand. Very nice plays and. Perfect! Purchase a black cover for this with and elastic band. It was a bit big in dimensions, but it fits and would have some give for when it’s weighed down ti with snow or rain. Set up or this sand box was really simple, easy to use and makes for a good little sand box for my kids, works great if you put pebbles in it as well which is what we did. Overall feels pretty good. Simple but good 35 inches feels abit small though but good for small spaces like our yard.

It's a nice size sandbox. It don't come with the black bottom, we added it. It's easy to assemble lightweight, very sturdy and s good price.
