We had an issue with our other toner where it kept spitting out black ink all over the page, my work told me to buy another one and this one works great! No more black ink and is still lasting long with how many pages we print a day. It's been a few months and it doesn't seem like we will need to replace it anytime soon. Will definitely re-purchase the product.

Item works as advertised. Relatively low priced compared to the competitors, however, works out perfectly well. Item was easy to install. So far after a few months, item is still running perfectly well.

These drums are great replacement units for the price compared to original Brothers. They print clear and are easy to clean. The corona wire seems very sturdy and the green slide tab is smooth. They are individually packed so the roller stays out of UV deterioration.

I have been using Aztech toner cartridges for a while now, with good results (except for problems due to drum.) I finally replaced my original Brother DR-820, which had developed persistent smudges on the left side (even though it thought it still had 33% of its life left.) This was after following quite complicated video instructions on how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble the old drum. It turns out that when you swipe the green tab left and then right, though it may remove stray toner, it pushes it to the left, which is where it formed a concentrated pocket next to the drum. Perhaps this is what caused the smudging that persisted even after thorough cleaning. The drum cleaning is quite tedious, and by the time you know you need it, damage might already be permanent. So if you go that route, I suggest you attempt it at the first signs of smudging. You can wipe some of the stray toner off without disassembling the whole drum. I don't know yet how long the new drum will last, but I have had good experience with the Aztech toner, and I hope the two products will work well together. (Who knows - maybe the Aztech toner contributed to earlier drum failure?) Instructions were clear (printed, and link to video), and my new prints finally don't have smudges. Originally, I thought I was saving around 50% below the Brother drum (around $100), but I hadn't noticed this was a 2-pack. So I saved around 75%. Hope I won't regret it. (This is on an MFC L5900DW)

I have ordered this toner produce over the last couple of years and I will continue to purchase it for my Brother printer. The toner cartridges have performed exceptionally with clear, crisp printouts and I have experienced no issues with the use of the toner. In the box, I received 4 printer cartridges and a drum and they last a long time and have not dried out. The product arrives in a timely manner and packaged well. The cost for what you receive is great.

Unfortunately I just missed the return window. I only used this drum for about two weeks and my Brother printer is already saying that it needs a new drum. I now have a black line down the middle of the page. Now I have to buy another drum as my boss says I told you so. A waste of money

****Updated Review 2/2**** Seller contacted me directly about an exchange for the drums I could not use. The exchanged drums arrived within 2 days of contact and work perfect. Would highly recommend anyone to purchase these on just the fact that if there is a problem it will be resolved quickly. Opinion stands that the quality of the drums is exactly what is needed on par with name brand, at a good price and anything that may happen is resolved quickly and efficiently. ****Updated Review 1/2**** Product is hit and miss on quality, purchased multiple times, 1 drum bad in box other was fine. Still purchased again, this time both drums in box are unusable right out of package. Small steel pin on one end is unattached and therefore will not be accepted by the printer since it wont even fit. Past return or exchange date on Amazon, attempted to contact seller through their website and have had no reply in over a week so I'm now out the price of these and I have to purchase new drums even though I bought in advance so this wouldn't be a problem. ***Original Review*** Good quality prints and meets expected page count. Usually print more than 3x the word coverage on documents so I get about half the amount of advertised prints which is normal with these and the odm ones. Much cheaper than the odm drums and I see no difference in quality. Have purchased multiple times
