Great Product, quick shipping
First off, the product pictured is not the correct kit. However, after researching the product number listed (2245) was the proper"Ride-Rite" kit for my 2002 Tundra. The kit shipped quickly and arrived as advertised. Install was easy, just drill 4 holes in the frame rail on each side as shown in the directions (be sure to protect the fuel lines on the driver's side) and bolt everything together. I routed the air lines to the rear license plat bolt holes and filled them up to 50 psi for about an hour to test for leaks. Everything was solid and leak free right from the start and I've checked them a I run them inflated to 10 psi and with a canopy on the bed the truck handles better than ever. Stiffer but not harsh or bouncy at all. I would definitely recommend this for any 1st gen Tundra owner.

Fits 2003 Toyota Tundra 2wd Access Cab Perfectly
These airbags work very well. The early Tundras are very lightly sprung and adding only 300 or 400 pounds of cargo in the bed makes the rear of the truck sag and bounce on the rubber bump stops when going over speed bumps and uneven roads. Just follow the instructions exactly when installing these. I routed the 2 airlines up to the license plate screw holes and installed the valve stems through the plate. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do it this way but it turns out that location was SUPER easy to mount to and provided the cleanest look as well. I did need to drill the license plate holes slightly larger.

installed on 2006 tundra DC TRD
The installation was pretty straight forward. The springs are not the same as pictured, and are bigger around. They do provide a lot more stability when towing large loads; it much improves vehicle stability--- much more solid tracking down the road. They are not as nice to live with when the bed is empty. They firm up what is already a stiff ride, especially if kept at the factory-recommended 10psi when not loaded. I'm keeping them at 5 and it's more manageable, but I do have to check them more often to make sure they haven't leaked down.Far superior than using pneumatic shocks.

towing this weekend
I have a 2005 Tundra with springs that were wearing out. Just sagging a bit more year after year. I had put air bags on a truck before, thought that I would do it for this one. Unfortunately I could not get the back tires off, I should have rotated them or something, so I ended up bringing it to my local mechanic, who rotated my tires, and put it in for me. He said it took him about 2 hours for the rotating and installing this. And it makes a difference. It had gotten so that my safety chains were dragging at times, just hooked up the trailer to go this weekend, truck and trailer are straight. I had 20 pounds in the airbags, and went up to 40, probably much more than I needed, but I can let some out if I find it is too much.Really happy to find these, and have them installed. If you can not do it, my mechanic didn't even blink, just charged me for his time. Good product, work well.

Would not reccomend.
Have had these on my truck for a little under 3 months. Just brought it in for rear breaks and the tech has shown me the bags actually have a huge crack around the circumference of the bag on the bottom. Will likely have to replace this bag and I see no way to contact the seller or get this warrantied. Not that impressed for the amount of money I have spent on these.

Complete and easy kit
This kit went onto a 2000 Toyota Tundra that is used to haul hay. Installation was a breeze and the holes were easy to locate and drill. Caution is needed on the drivers side when drilling the holes, insert a piece of metal or wood on the inside of the frame to protect the lines there. I didn't like their suggestions for the fill valve locations so I made a separate metal tab near the receiver hitch. The push-to-connect air hose fittings are super easy to work with, very nice touch. I air tested it at 50psi for a week and and it only lost about 5psi and then stabilized, perhaps just cooling of the air.The only issue I can see with this is that it doesn't sit directly under the axle, but forward of the axle on the spring. This puts it a bit in the line of fire if you strap on some V-bar chains in the winter, particularly when the air bladders are inflated. I have not tried mounting chains yet, just be aware if this is an issue for you. It may be possible to just make a sheet metal protector if there is an interference issue.

Don’t tow without it
Had my mechanic and saw this, because I can’t do things myself. 2006 Toyota tundra 4×4. Towed a 4000 pound mustang with the motor in the truck bed. Total weight dar and trailer was about 6000lbs. Drove 1 mile without inflating the airbags before a road trip from Boston to Kentucky. The difference in the sway before and after I filled the bags was black and white. These things are a miracle. Did that trip almost a year ago. No issues with the bags. Still hold air tight.

Great kit!
Just finished install of this kit on an '05 Tundra. Quality kit, everything you need for install is there, Grade 8 bolts, heavy steel and rugged bags. Not a big fan of the "pinned" locknuts. These take a massive toll on bolt threads. If you have to remove for any reason, I'd replace both nut and bolt. If you are like me and try to do mock-ups prior to full install just to check for clearance/fitment issues, then grab some plain old 3/8" nuts and have at it. That said, these nuts will not back off, period.BTW, if installed correctly, you will not be able to use one of the large washers that goes inside the frame channel. Placement of the bracket and drilled holes in the frame will be too low to install one of them (both sides), Not a huge issue and this bracket can be easily welded to the frame, bullet proof.
