I have had this bike since March and started riding it in June. With in a few weeks there was a problem. The bike wouldn’t power up no more. I did all the company asked to trouble shoot the bike. They told me to deal with the bike myself and a shop. Took the bike to a shop and the battery is trash. The company wrote me a reply stating it was the wires and they could see it was. Lmao..I was just at a shop and it wasn’t the wires. This company will not help you. They are rude and give you the run around and suggest you deal with it yourself. If you unfortunately buy this bike and have issues…please contact Amazon instead. Amazon will refund you and don’t have to return the bike. The customer service with this company sucks and they are full of lies. They will do nothing for you to save themselves money. But too bad too sad when Amazon refund you and they loose their money. Horrible bike and company.
