Seems to be good, I can't compare it to other zinc's as i have no experience, I've looked it up, it's chelated, it's cheap, it seems to do the trick for boosting my productivity and most likely testosterone. I'm pretty adamant about it, and since most of my money goes to ridiculously priced organic vegetables, it's hard to get the zinc i need from natural sources, but I'm sure I need it, and I've noticed my mood has been infinitely better when I started taking it. Don't take it with calcium carbonate, I don't think taking it calcium citrate is such a bad idea, even though they both compete for the same uptake enzymes, I'm still not too worried about it. I could just be seriously mistaken, though, but my mood and teeth feel fine. ;b.
