I love this incubator !! It got here faster than Amazon said it would. And all I had to do was take it out of the box, Add the water and plug it up. The temperatures were already preset to exactly what I needed and so was the humidity. I put a glass thermometer inside of it before I added the eggs to be sure the temperature reading was accurate and it is right on the money. Another thing I love about it is it has alarms if the temperature drops below 99 the alarm goes off to let you know if the humidity goes above or below what you have it said at within 2%. and it has automatic turning for the eggs , It turns them every two hours .I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to hatch chicks in your home.

RECEIVED BRAND NEW IN BOX. WILL NOT MAINTAIN HUMIDITY/TEMP AND IF YOU TRY TO TAKE OUT THE WATER TO GET THE HUMIDITY DOWN, THE TEMP DROPS AND THE ALARM SOUNDS NON-STOP. TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP! THEN I TRY TO RETURN AND I GET THIS LONG STUPD EMAIL FROM THE SELLER ASKING FOR PHOTOS AND ASKING WHY AND ASKING IF I WILL KEEP IT. NO!!!!! SEND ME A LABLE! THAT'S ALL I ASKED FOR. I AM GOING TO LOOK INTO OTHER OPTIONS IN THE FUTURE AND NOT PURCHASE FROM AMAZON ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING IT TOO DIFFICULT TO GET A REFUND ON BROKEN ITEMS!!!! MEANWHILE I HAVE EGGS AND NO INCUBATOR! YET ANOTHER FOREIGN SELLER MAKING AND SELLING FOREIGN JUNK!!!

First chicks hatching today

I have hatched out six babies from this since August. Wish the directions were written better - make the digital controls easier!

The humidity gage is way off so I recommend getting something else to put inside. It's very easy to use, has a very annoying alarm that can easily be shut off during the moment. Goes through water very quickly! I honestly prefer my triocottage incubator to this one even though that one holds 12 eggs max. I wanted something that held more eggs, but this one I wouldn't buy again. The photos are of me starting it up. They were taken at the same time. Thanks to the wrong humidity I lost 4 of the chicks I was hatching. They died about 2- 2 1/2 weeks into incubating.
