Good for camping and outdoor walks
I gave the trap it mosquito repellent spray a shot, hoping it would keep those annoying bugs away, especially since it’s made with eucalyptus oil. The spray goes on easily and has a nice, fresh smell, not too strong like some other bug sprays out there. I used it a few times, once during a BBQ and another time on an evening walk.At first, it worked pretty well and the mosquitoes stayed away, and I didn’t get bitten. But after a couple of hours, I noticed the effect started to wear off, and I had to spray more on. Even though it’s supposed to be long-lasting, I found myself reapplying it sooner than I expected, especially when there were a lot of mosquitoes around. One downside I noticed is that it didn’t completely stop bites in really buggy areas. It’s probably better for lighter outdoor activities rather than something like camping in the woods. Since it’s natural, it might not be as strong as some other sprays.

Quite strong smelling... so hopefully this is good to repel mozzies!
I have never used a lemon eucalyptus oil mosquito deterrent before, so I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival the top to the spray was loose where it joins the bottle and it just ran everywhere when I tried to test it. After I tightened the spray top it sprayed well.If this needs to have a strong lemon eucalyptus smell to be effective, then this one will hopefully work as it has a very strong smell. When I threw away the kitchen paper I had used to wipe the bottle clean, the whole bin smelled of it. Unfortunately due to the cold and wet weather we have been experiencing, I have not had chance to test it out against mosquitoes in the Norfolk Broads, which has lots of mozzies in warm weather. The thing I didn't like in the end was the strong smell and how oily it was. The smell was pleasant at first but then it got a bit much. When I do test it out I will be careful which clothes I wear and try to make sure it is only used when outside. I am sure these types of repellents all smell like this, but for someone who hasn't used them before, the smell is very strong when first applied. I certainly wouldn't spray this anywhere near my face, as it is quite overpowering and it makes you cough if you breathe in the spray mist. If applying to the face I would spray it onto my hands and apply it that way.

Product seems OK but the pump is extremely temperamental
This mosquito repellent spray arrived in a bright cardboard box with the bottle wrapped in plastic, to prevent any leakage. As soon as I removed the plastic you could smell the lemon/eucalyptus scent. Getting the product out of the bottle proved to be extremely difficult though. The pump just didn't want to work. I tried multiple times, for several pumps at a time but not a drop came out. I even dismantled it all and tried to pierce a hole in the nozzle. I was on the verge on throwing it away when a fine spray finally emerged. It sprayed well on the skin, with a large, thin area covered quite quickly. The smell is exactly as I'd associate with this type of product so I'm sure it will protect us on our holidays. However I'm not feeling especially confident about the efficacy of the bottle, without a smoothly working pump this will just become a useless bottle of repellent. I'll certainly pack a second bottle, just in case.

Good repellent but a less than ideal bottle and sprayer
This is a pleasant smelling mosquito repellent and if you look up lemon eucalyptus it's actually considered reliable but please do your own research. If you really are going somewhere where you need to ward off mosquitos carrying dangerous diseases - as opposed to using it in places where they just make you uncomfortable - you really need to be sure you're getting something suitable for your needs and applying it properly. You can, and should, apply repellent to your face and neck with your hands because none of them should go in your eyes including this one. So you spray it on limbs, and then rub some into your face and neck and also rub it down over your limbs.Which you'll need to do with this bottle because while the oil seems fine, the actual sprayer mechanism is not high quality enough to be considered reliable and get you a proper covering. This could be life and death stuff if your repellent could have saved you, but doesn't, so I think you want a really reliable mechanism. Honestly, if they provided a drip bottle and told you to rub it in manually then wash your hands, that'd be fine. Possibly even better because I'd bet lots of people spritz deterrent like cologne and don't realise how much coverage you're expected to have. You could also transfer this to your own spray bottle of course, and those are often used by travellers anyway due to quantity limits and the like. If you're doing that already, really the only thing that matters is the price and if the product works. As long as you're happy with the price and test if your bottle is working well or not before travelling, I think you'll be fine.

Doesn't tell me what's in it
I simply cannot trust this repellent spray, as the list of ingredients isn't complete. It says "Lemon Eucalyptus Oil 35%, Other ingredients 65%"As the "other ingredients" doesn't specify what it is, I'm not prepared to put it on my or any member of my family's skin, so cannot recommend this product.

Spray pump didn’t work
I ordered this in advance of my holiday abroad and was looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, the spray pump on the bottle doesn’t work at all. I have tried unscrewing it and putting it back on again but nothing has worked. It means that the oil just dribbles out of the bottom of the top, all over myself and my clothes.I have given it two stars as it does smell nice but I haven’t been able to review the effectiveness. I can’t even use it by pouring it into my hands and applying as it is far too messy. A shame.
