I've had this product for over 6 months
I absolutely love this washing machine I still have it and I'm still using it it cleans my clothes pretty good the only thing that I have a complaint about is that the water on tube what the heck it's way too small for anything that it could possibly fit in the United States anyways but other than that it washes my clothes pretty good the spin cycle is very it spins it out almost dry seems like sometimes the towels don't got to dry very long whenever I use it I think I got my value for my money it's not too heavy and it's easy for me to put in and out of my bathtub

Works great
Im happy with it. It had a little bit of water in it as if it was pre_used. But other than that it works great.. at least i dont feel i need to return it.

TERRIBLE WASHER!
What a crap washer! First, I couldn't get it to agitate, then I got that fixed, washed a load of clothes, put them in the spinner and it worked for about a minute then quit, pulled the clothes out, put them back in, nothing! So, then I went to drain the water, guess what> It won't drain!! So, I came to my orders page in Amazon and wanted to talk to the sellers and there is no link to them, the only link is that I have to troubleshoot it myself!! I am so frustrated! I'm 70 years old and can't get around well. I have NO one to help me with this. I'll do a return and take it to my ups drop-off for amazon, but it's going to take me forever to get it out of the house and into my SUV!! I am sooooo not happy!!

Defective
If I could give it no stars I would, biggest waste of my money but idk maybe they just sent me a defective one. Neither the washer or drier part worked just made a really loud noise, I ended up going to the laundromat.
