Great monitor for an even better price. Nice bright display, works perfect for indoor or outdoor. Just the right size for gimbal mounting, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it off of the gimbal either. lcd quality is good.surface is made of alu(?)metal(?), which wights, but this part is also good.overall look and feel is bad.but the price is good.

This monitor is awesome! I was a little hesitant about buying such a cheap monitor from a company that I had never heard of before, but I'm glad I bought this little thing. The resolution is great and it's packed with features.I use this on a gimbal with my Panasonic GH5. I think 5" is the perfect size for gimbal use.Pros:Great resolution.Super thin. And super thin bezel.Cons:Only one 1/4" mounting point. It can be moved to the bottom or the side, but having multiple points would make this much better. And the mounting screw lock is somewhat flimsy, so be careful.The sun hood doesn't fit out of the box. You have to break these little tabs off of each side in order for it to work with this model. I assume this is so the sun hood fits with their other 5" model monitor as well.

I am giving this monitor five stars for the monitor itself and the great value it offers. I am taking away a star for the very poorly designed sun shade. I mean poorly designed as in it doesn't fit / stay on - period. Worse than useless. I have determined that the inside tabs on the lower portion of the sunshade need to be cut off so the outer tabs can fit into the slots on the monitor frame. Still, I had to cut and apply a couple strips of Velcro tape to secure it all because the flimsy plastic sunshade frame is warped and does not allow for the flush fit that some CAD student created without regard for real-world use. Operation of the monitor is pretty simple once you memorize the menu navigation buttons. Button operation requires only light pressure and you receive nice feedback in the way of an audible/tactile click. When I was first looking at monitors I was convinced that I needed one with waveform. Now that I have been working with the false color mode that this monitor offers, I'm becoming convinced that false colors is faster and easier to read than waveform anyway.

Really love this monitor and all the features it comes with! We use this monitor all the time and I couldn't be happier with the style and performance it brings. Some of my favorite features are focus peaking, false colors and a very good monitor brightness adjustment. I would highly recommend this and all FEELWORLD monitors for those serious about an affordable and high-quality monitor.

bad quality,hard to use,very heavy and if you’re gonna use it with your ronin s or any stabilizer don’t buy it because it’s gonna give you a hard time and it doesn’t come with a battery and battery so i had to buy one and the cable is too big and it won’t fit your dslr hole so you have to buy an extender or a lighter cable waste of money!!!!

I previously tried two 7" HDMI field monitors (one from Feelworld, one from Lilliput), but wasn't happy with either of them as their larger size & (in the case of the Lilliput) the plastic construction made them feel too cumbersome & delicate. This 5.7" Feelworld monitor seems to be the perfect balance between being big enough that it's a worthwhile upgrade from your camera's built-in screen, but also with it's metal construction feeling really solid so you're not worried about a big delicate extension protruding from your set up.I don't know if the design of the sunshade attachment has changed since earlier reviews, but I haven't found it to be an issue - the bracket occasionally pops loose from one of its three clip points, but most of the time I can just take the monitor out of the Peli case I store it in & stick the velcro shade onto it with no issues.I definitely recommend buying the optional tilt arm as it simply makes mounting it a whole lot easier, especially if you're ever going to want to flip the screen 180 into 'selfie mode'.

Ottimo prodotto, risulta anche piuttosto robusto pur mantenendo leggerezza. Non ho ancora avuto modo di provare tutte le caratteristiche ma risoluzione video e resa cromatica sembrano di ottima qualità. Anche il contrasto,utilizzato in ambiente molto soleggiato, sembra ottimo. Direi veramente un buon prodotto e non ultimo anche il prezzoe considerando di averlo acquistato anche in promozione sono doppiamente soddisfatto.

It took me few months to use it, before summarise everything.It’s pretty decent high quality monitor. Not heavy as small hd, and quite good price wise.I turned up on many shoots, and people would always ask where did I buy such good monitor. And even few of them did!I really like how sharp, bright and slim it is.The only disadvantages are - it’s hood keeps coming off very often. I wish they would find a way to stick it so it wouldn’t fall every time.Be cautious about compatibility, it will not work with some 4K camera, you need to make sure you have 1080 output.In perfect world it would have SDI in, but it doesn’t!Price wise - it’s really good deal
