I bought these for a pair of red sparkly heels that I just had to have fixed for a Christmas party. After a quick tutorial on you-tube, I ordered these & prayed they would come in before the party. They made it with a day to spare! A pair of needle nose pliers & a small hammer took care of it in no time. The hardest part was definitely getting the old screw to start working out, but I was able to replace both heel tips while I cooked ramen noodles on the stove top, so it really didn't take long at all & my shoes look brand new once again! I liked that they came with multiple size tips, because I really didn't want to take the time to measure, or worse guess at the size. Since I still have 58 heel tips to use, I will definitely be going through the closet & replacing any that look like they might possibly need it.

Some shoe heels have a pin that is smaller diameter than these and these dont fit. Other than that, I have fixed several pairs of my Wife's shoes now and they generally work good.

Good product. Work well. The only thing is the nail that goes in is too thick and doesn’t fit in some of my high heels.

Once you figure out the size for your heel its easy to put on. I dont like that there are so many other sizes included that i will probably never use.

Huge cost saver replacing my own heel tips. The shoe repair place charges 10 to 20 to replace one set of heels. These were easy to use and quick to put in. They seem to be durable and last. Have not broken one yet

This product is not worth it! You have to pull the small metal piece out of your shoes first and then attempt to attempt to push the replacement piece in. Was not pleased with the product, took my shoes to the shoemaker and was pleased to have paid extra for a better result.

Served their purpose and I was able to save a pair of shoes I always use at work that are so comfortable! Easy fix and brand new shoes!

Definitely worth buying, replaced 4 pairs of my heels with new tips only had difficulty extracting the old tips but had no trouble installing the new ones. Wish they had tan color while.

- Husband says they were easy to install- Still have to fix the fabric but I wanted to try them out before I invested the time- Used them 3 times while shopping and they stayed put, don't shift or wobble- They are sturdy and I could walk normally like they were never fixed- Comes in 4 different sizes 6 sets of each- Highly recommend these

Easy to change

Items arrived as advertised. The Plastic on these heel caps is fairly hard. My wife commented that these heel caps were harder and louder than the originals. That being said, the heel caps are of accurate sizes and the securing studs fit the OEM holes exactly. (I assume the studs are a standard diameter). Overall these are a good buy compared to the price of having a cobbler repair worn stiletto caps.Hint: Have the shoe wearer advise the repair person that the cap is close to being worn-out prior to the metal stud being exposed, as it is very difficult to remove the stud after it has been worn flush with the stiletto. I gave four instead of five stars, as nothing is perfect and the caps could have been a slightly softer plastic.
