I purchase these to fight off colds, flus and viruses. I cut them into quarter size and wear even daily( 24 hrs then replace with new patch ) And NO, do your research, nicotine is not addicting. I think this is a great product for what I use it for (health). Only problem is that it is a little difficult to remove the backing from the clear patch.

At first I had a hard time making them stick all day, but if you follow directions it works amazing even though I know that's a no brainer lol!! I am beyond greatful for this product. I have smoked for for 25 years and I haven't had a cigarette in 2 months. I'm not saying it's easy. My recommendation is, don't feel pressures when you read that you should go for a lower dose in like 8 weeks. Do what feels right to you at least you aren't smoking. It's extremely hard at first to handle just nor going through the motions. I used very low dose nicotine pouches at first or a vape very seldomly. it's like a crutch but now I don't care about either even when I have a drink which is really huge in my book!! I even continued smoking a few cigarettes here an there in the first 2 weeks. 2 months no cigarettes and I am so happy!! Don't put too much pressure on yourself and you won't have to try again. Am not a smoker, have never been a smoker. Using this product at the recommendation of an FNTP for use with sweeping out bad things from my system. IE: Using it as a supplement. Currently using 1/2 a patch daily which is 3.5g. Feel more focused. They do not stay stuck when I sweat in our East Texas heat, that is the only caveat currently.

These patches work very well to curb my nicotine cravings. I had no problem with them sticking to me and am very happy with this product. I would definitely buy them again.
