I found the sealant incredibly difficult to use. Once opened it keeps on flowing and doesn't adhere easily to vertical surfaces - it's heavy and starts to hang rather than sticking to the gap you're trying to fill. You can't then go over it with a damp cloth or finger to smooth into the gap, it's far too sticky.
