Junk. Social media marketing scam.
This is absolute junk. Nowhere near the PSI advertised. Leaks internally. Pump runs without using any water. Absolutely cannot believe I fell for the Facebook marketing scam.Going to put the manufacturer to the test on making this right. Absolutely cannot believe how terrible this product is.

Great concept!
We bought this for our garage. It was easy to install. The only issue was that it isn't quite as powerful as we hoped. We love the ease of use and the concept.I will say we were able to purchase this product when it was on sale during Prime days and it was over $100 cheaper than buying it from the manufacturer plus free shipping.

Convenience
Other than the tip storage on the wand (put it on the unit) that gets knocked off when un-holstering the sprayer. It is a very convenient general duty pressure washer even my wife can handle it. I would go 5 star but want to try it awhile and see if it holds up.I wanted to provide an update on the unit. Initially, there was a minor leak when I first connected it, but it didn't seem significant at the time. However, after a few uses, the leak worsened considerably.Upon inspecting the unit, I discovered a crack had developed around the pump housing. I contacted the seller with pictures and explained the situation, inquiring about the possibility of replacing just the pump housing. I appreciate their prompt response that while pump housings weren't currently available, they would send a replacement unit. The replacement arrived within a few days. I have not yet installed the new unit but believe it will work correctly; I feel the issue with the other unit was a fluke.Thank you for your quick response and assistance. changing to 5 star

Lightweight, easy to use.
Perfect! So easy to use. Does the Job with ease. Mounted in garage so it should provide years of protection. Hose length is awesome.

Easy to mount on wall, nice looking.
Easy plate to mount. Slide pressure washer body over plate. Done. Seems very well built. Ripped weeds out between my pavers with ease. After I use it for a few weeks and see how it holds up, I will probably buy one for my garage and my shop. Definitely recommend at this point, but have only briefly used it.

Lasted a couple months
My pro series pressure washer won’t retract, the hose has several leaks and the gun itself has several pinholes that spray water. They haven’t retuned my calls or emails. I do not recommend any of their products. Also, I purchased 6 of their retractable extension cords. Two of the six cords have stopped working. I also purchased two of the retractable hoses and they are great! I love them but with the poor customer service and the fact that the higher end products they make don’t last long, I will never recommend them to anyone
