Q: So the size chart in the pictures is different to the one given in the description, which one do I follow what is the accurate one?

The size I got was 2 sizes to small nice shirt but two sizes to small

It's a slim cut. A 3XL in most other brands fits me fine, even a bit loose (the way I prefer), but the Hilfiger shirt is too tight if you have any semblance of muscles in your shoulders and your arms, can't button the top button at the neck if you're wearing a tie, and mercilessly shows any spare tire you might be carrying. If you are a skinny boy that needs the length of a 3XL, you will be fine with this. That's probably who this shirt and this brand is aimed at. If you are an adult man, you should probably look for another brand.
